Shari Denman has been representing home buyers and sellers in the Austin area since 1996. Her experience in the field, her creative marketing strategies, and her personal attention to client needs make her an excellent asset to those entering the exciting world of the Austin housing market.
A native of South Dakota, Shari earned a BS in business administration from the University of South Dakota. After working in the loan industry with local home builders, she moved to Austin and became a New Home Sales Counselor where she developed relationships with prospective buyers, evaluated their individual needs, and handled the execution of contracts. Shari’s excellent work ethic earned her Highest Customer Satisfaction in 1998 and recognition for top sales in 2002 and 2003.
Shari joined the Sky Realty team in 2011 to be part of one of the most innovative & progressive real estate firms in Central Texas.
Apart from real estate, Shari can be found spending time with her husband and two children, enjoying Austin’s parks, restaurants and live music scene. She loves her job and loves the city that she’s called home for more than twenty years.

“We recently went through selling our home in Austin that we’d been leasing for about 5 years after deciding to move back to San Diego after 7 wonderful years in the ATX.
