I engaged Scott Singleton several years ago to help me purchase a tract of rural property. The purchase was a difficult one where the seller had very high expectations which were outside of the market at the time. Scott did an excellent job over a considerable period of time negotiating with the seller and the selling agent to bring the property more in line with the market and he properly set expectations while maintaining appropriate relationships.
