I would like to let your company, Sky Realty, know the fantastic job that Alicia Zehentner did on the sale of my house. Alicia went above and beyond what we expected during the process. First, she met with us and went over the process and what the housing market was at the time we were placing the home up for sale. Alicia also informed us that we were listing the house on the market during the slow time for homes to sell. She informed us that a house like ours normally would sell very quickly, but since it was during the holiday season that it might take a little longer to sell. We liked that she was being very honest with us about the timeframe it might take. She was spot-on with the timeframe that it took to sell the home.

Once we confirmed we were choosing her as our agent, I got hospitalized before we had time to sign the contract with her. I contacted Alicia and informed her that we were going to move forward and that she was going to be our agent. I asked her if it was possible for her to come to the hospital so I could sign the contract and she said it was not a problem and set up a time. While I was in the hospital, she contacted my daughter and went over to help with getting the property ready to have the pictures taken and move forward with my wishes to get the home listed. Alicia kept in contact with us during the whole process by setting up open houses and sending out updates to all her contacts, including media posts to drive potential buyers. Alicia also let us know that if we would also post on our media pages that it would attract other potential buyers. This seemed to work, as once we started posting we got a lot more viewing.

During the process, she would meet with us to discuss what viewers liked and disliked about the house so that we could make changes and get the right buyer for the home. Alicia did not hesitate to contact us to gather more information when a potential buyer had questions. She never failed to call us back in a timely manner if we were not able to get in touch with her (within 20 minutes).

Alicia would listen to any concerns we had and made sure to gather any information that we requested if she did not know the answer, but from our experience she is very knowledgeable.
