Sharon grew up in Lubbock, TX, spent a good part of her adult years in the New Braunfels area, and now resides in Wimberley. She feels her past professional experiences serve her well in the real estate profession. Sharon is a former school teacher, school principal, and executive director for a large Senior Retirement Community. Sharon enjoys working with people and thrives on detail, organization, communication, and serving others. She is a problem solver, a point-A-to-B motivated individual and strives for a positive experience for all!
Sharon and her husband moved to Colorado in 2017 for a new life adventure after their four children left the nest, and that is when she followed her lifelong dream of being in real estate. She loved her work in real estate so much that upon returning to Texas in 2022, she got licensed in Texas. She is currently licensed in both states.
Sharon’s hobbies include walking her beloved dog, Miss Sneffels (named after a ‘14ner’ mountain Sharon climbed in CO), hiking, camping, cross country skiing, and her favorite being spending time with family, including her four adult children and three new grandchildren, who all reside in Austin.

While we only ended up purchasing an undeveloped property in the Boerne area, Sharon was supportive through the entire process. When I saw Sharon taking care of last-minute details in the yard of my neighbor’s home in preparation for my neighbor’s buyers’ first day in their new home, I knew I wanted to ask her to help me sell my home. Sharon facilitated the sale of my neighbor’s home so well that it closed within about a month from the listing date. That’s amazing, especially since most of the homes currently listed for sale in the local area have been sitting on the market to the point they have become stale listings. As for my home, the very first potential buyer who saw it bought it, and we closed in 32 days.
Also, although Sharon’s contractual obligation ended at closing, she continued facilitating the sale by taking care of last-minute details at my home in preparation for my buyer’s first day in her new home. In addition, while she was facilitating the sale of my home in Wimberley, she helped me find my new home in Kyle.
