Kiann stuck with us on our year-and-a-half-long odyssey to find a home. She was always available to show us the many, many houses that we looked at during that time period. We lost a few in bidding wars because we started looking just as the market seemed to go crazy – and then the property taxes started skyrocketing and then interest rates went up and at times we were discouraged, but Kiann didn’t give up on us and we eventually found the perfect house – which closed in mid March 2023.
