About Barton Place Condos
Barton Place Condos are located at 1608 Barton Springs Rd in Austin. Delivery for the first two Barton Place Condo buildings (six total) started in late 2010. This place rocks! It is in South Austin, but still within walking distance to Downtown Austin, Barton Place Condos arguably has one of the better locations in all of Austin. The 270 units at 1600 Barton Springs Road are amidst Barton Springs Restaurant Row. The condo development is also connected to the Lady Bird Lake Hike & Bike Trail by a trail that the developers put in. The finish out and amenities are spectacular AND you’re part of the Zilker neighborhood. What’s not to like?
Barton Place Condos Finish Outs
The look and feel of the Barton Place Condos are impressive. The buildings have curved roof-lines blending them softly in with the surroundings. Floor plans make efficient use of space and most units have at least one balcony. With ceilings at least 9 feet tall and wide and, in many cases, floor-to-ceiling commercial grade window systems, there’s nice light in the units. There’s wood flooring in the living rooms and carpeting in the bedrooms. Granite counters and stainless steel appliance packages were the standard finish out, as was marble-style travertine tile for the bathrooms and kitchen backsplash. Kitchen tile upgrades included a lovely foam green, glass subway tile.
Barton Place Condos Amenities
Barton Place Condos have secured subterranean parking with elevators to reach your floor. Among the six buildings you’ll find numerous amenities. There will be a security manager at the garage entrance. There’s a pool, indoor yoga studio, fitness center and community garden. Residents will be able to reserve a guest suite for visiting friends and family or a community dining area when they might need them.
Barton Place Condos Location and Lifestyle
Many people covet South Austin’s 78704 zip code. It includes the city’s most popular park (Zilker), Barton Springs pool, funky neighborhoods, the Performing Arts District and SoCo Shopping District. And, it’s just across the river from Downtown Austin. Barton Place is connected to the hike & bike trail by a trail that was built on the east side of the property.
