Blanco Vista is a master planned community north of San Marcos and south of Kyle. The planned end result will be approximately 2000 homes including common areas with extensive landscaping, trails and decorative stone walls. The homes will adhere to architectural guidelines by various builders. It will include starter homes that will perhaps appeal to young couples or smaller families and larger, more distinctive homes that offer extra bedrooms, media rooms or office space and formal living/dining areas. The area will also include a patio home section called “Courtyard Homes” for those who want to enjoy the outdoors but with less maintenance of a full size yard. Homes are priced accordingly to builder standards and buyer choices. Blanco Vista is intended to be a community with all the modern features and amenities that today’s buyers are looking for when deciding on a home.
