About Brushy Creek North
Brushy Creek North is located in Round Rock just north of Austin and South of Georgetown. Brushy Creek North began development in the early 1970s and is surrounded by other equally established as well as some new home subdivisions. There is a distinct charm associated with this particular part of the Brushy Creek area. The streets are marked with large oak trees and well maintained side walks are nice for an afternoon stroll down to the Brushy Creek Park. Homes in the area range from just under 2,000 up to around 4,000 square feet with plenty of diverse floor plans to choose from.
Finding Brushy Creek North
Brushy Creek North is just west of the 1431 and I-35 intersection on the north side of Round Rock TX. From Round Rock you would travel west on 1431 to Sendero Springs drive and take a left. From there you will travel southbound on Sendero Springs (one of the newer home subdivisions in the area) and take a right on to Great Oaks Dr. Once on Great Oaks you will see the sign for Brushy Creek North and there you are. Great Oaks also runs all the way down to the south entrance as it intersects with County Road 175 (A.K.A. Sam Bass road).
Brushy Creek North Amenities
Brushy Creek North is part of the Brushy Creek Municipal Utility district and has access to some great community activity centers. Summer time in Brushy Creek North means trips to the Sendero Swim Center and lounging in the gated facilities or having a get together at the large covered picnic area. The community also hosts regular events at the Brushy Creek North Park. The Park offers a sizable play area, volley ball court, and a jogging path with multiple exercise stations, not to mention the multiple hike and bike adventures offered at the Brushy Creek Lake Park and famed Regional Trail.
