Over the years my wife and I have moved many times and each time we used a different Realtor. We did this because during every transaction there always seemed to be something not right, something that needed to be handled that wasn’t. We’re very proactive, hands-on buyers and sellers and never really came across a Realtor who worked as hard as we did, until we met Mauricio.
To tell you that he is ‘hands-on’ would be a gross understatement. He is fully invested in the transaction, doing whatever needs to be done in timely fashion. Mauricio handled both the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our current home. The previous home had some ‘issues’ that the buyers wanted taken care of before they took possession. Mauricio came over on several occasions, put on his “Handyman Hat” and helped me fix things that needed to be fixed. Truly hands-on.

The marketing from Boyd and Boyd was incredible. Our home was photographed in the early evening with the soft lighting, it looked like a model home you see in magazines. There was a full exterior view done by a drone and an outstanding 3D virtual tour done by Matterport.

We contracted with Mauricio to sell our home in March, 2015. We had lived in the house for 16 years and it had been built in 1980. It was a lot of work to make sure the house would compete on the market. We contracted with Mauricio Mac Gregor to sell our home in Dripping Springs. We wanted our property marketed as unique property as it was a custom house on a unique 2.5 acre view lot with many upgrades and additions.
Additionally, with all of the fine art and collectibles inside the home, we did not want an access to the home from a universal/traditional lock box access. Mauricio was able to not only satisfy our requirement, but also did an excellent job of marketing our property through the enlistment of a professional photographer and generation of a very detailed and effective multi-paged marketing flyer that described all of the properties’ attributes.
