About Lone Mountain Ranch
Lone Mountain Ranch is a small, gated, horse-friendly neighborhood of high-end homes near 1431 and Nameless Road in the Texas Hill Country. Many homes have breathtaking, sweeping views of the Leander TX Hill Country. Street names include Angel Mountain Drive, Angel Mountain Pass and Lone Mountain Pass. The neighborhood could be considered semi-private since it is gated as well as being on a road that dead ends.
Lone Mountain Ranch Homes and Features
Most homes in Lone Mountain Ranch were built between 1998 and 2006. Some are quite extravagantly beautiful with seemingly endless features. Some homes have Tuscany styled architecture, a pool, are on a creek or include a pecan orchard. There is a mandatory HOA and high-speed internet is available in the community.
Lone Mountain Ranch Shopping, Recreation and Excursions
Lone Mountain Ranch is on the North Lake side of Lake Travis so it is easy to enjoy the lake for swimming, boating and fishing. The new Cedar Park Center entertainment venue is just up 1431 on 183A and New Hope. The Premium Outlet Mall, IKEA, Lakeline Mall and the new 1890 Ranch are minutes away. Angel Valley Organic Farm, which produces organic vegetables and fruit, is in the next neighborhood over on Angel Valley Drive.
Lone Mountain Ranch Schools
Lone Mountain Ranch Schools are the Leander Independent School District or private schools of your choice. Both Leander and Cedar Park have many private schools for young children. ACC or Austin Community College has a branch in Cedar Park and is expected to open a college in Leander as well. There is also the University of Texas, Concordia and St. Edwards in Austin as well as Southwestern in Georgetown, TX.
