Beltorre is a new, 106 acre luxury neighborhood in Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas. Situated just west of Georgetown proper, in the beautiful Central Texas Hill Country, Beltorre is very near beautiful Lake Georgetown with boating and fishing opportunities as well as many hike and bike trails. Beltorre and Area Amenities
There are many golf courses and other recreational opportunities in and around Beltorre. Georgetown has about five golf courses as well as others in nearby communities. Lake Georgetown, many Hike and Bike Trails, Camp Tejas and the wonderful downtown Georgetown Square are nearby. The Monument Café near the square on Austin Street is great. Georgetown also features live theatre, The Red Poppy Festival, the Christmas Stroll and many other events.
Beltorre Schools and Educational Opportunities
Children in Beltorre attend Georgetown ISD, Liberty Hill ISD or any of the private schools in the area. Georgetown’s Southwestern University on Highway 29 is convenient but there are many colleges and universities in the area including the University of Texas at Austin, St. Edward’s and Concordia.
Beltorre: Getting to and From Beltorre
Located between Highway 183 and IH 35, Beltorre has access to major highways including the new 1 30 Toll Road. There is also the Killeen-Fort Hood Regional Airport available, with non-stop, direct access to Dallas/Ft. Worth as well as Atlanta in case you don’t want to use the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport or the small Georgetown Airport. To get to Beltorre, take Parmer Lane (Ronald Reagan Boulevard) north to FM 3405, turn right and Beltorre is about a half mile down, almost on your immediate left.
