About 1305 Lofts
1305 Lofts are located at 1305 E 6th Street in Austin. The building which houses 1305 Lofts was originally a warehouse built in 1985. The 1305 Lofts developer converted the building into lofts in 2008. The 14 units are all two-stories. Gated, covered parking, located off of Attayac St., sits behind the buildings.
The 1305 Loft – Units
The first floors of the 1305 Lofts have 10’ ceilings, while the second stories have 14’ in height! Each unit has stained concrete on the first floor. Antique wood was used for the 2nd story floors. The kitchens have stainless appliances and Silestone countertops. The units have exposed ducts and trusses. Wondering if they’re cool? They are.
The 1305 Loft complex and design
The complex has a welcoming industrial meets urban residential feel. Sleek address numbers, commercial window systems and metal balconettes add to that. A number of the units can be accessed right off of 6th St. and have gated courtyards. These also have entries back into the parking.
In the thick of it
We’ll let you decide if E 6th St is the next best thing outside of Downtown Austin. But there’s no doubt it has great restaurants, night life and galleries which match the cool factor of Downtown Austin. If you’ve been to Buenos Aires Cafe in East Austin, you’re just a block from the 1305 Lofts. Plus, it’s right next to Downtown Austin. E 6th has access to the 6th St. Entertainment District by way of I35 underpass.
