About Granada Estates Homes
Granada Estates homes are located between the Granada Hills and Granada Oaks subdivisions, which can be accessed from El Rey Boulevard, off of Highway 290. Homes in Granada Hills were developed in the early to mid 70’s, while Granada Estates range in age from the mid ’70s to the ’80s. Granada Oaks is the newest community which began development in 2007. Roughly 75% of homes in Granada Estates are a single story. Homes sizes range from 1,400 to 3,000 square feet with three or four bedrooms. The average lot size for a home in Granada Estates is one acre.
