Walsh Ranch is located in northwest Round Rock off of Sam Bass Road and Walsh Ranch Road. From I35 you exit at 254 and go west on FM 3406 until 3406 becomes Sam Bass Road. Homes in Walsh Ranch offer easy access to shopping, employers, schools, and recreation. It is a beautiful subdivision located in Round Rock, Texas, just north of Austin and south of Georgetown.
Getting to Walsh Ranch
You will find it by traveling west from I35 on 3406. If you are traveling from Austin you would head north on I35 then take exit 254. Once you exit, turn left at the light to travel west on 3406 (West Old Settlers). You will know that you have come to Walsh Ranch when you see the beautiful water feature to the right at the intersection of Sam Bass and Walsh Ranch Blvd. If you are coming from the north you would head south on I35, exit 254, right on West Old Settlers and you are on your way. If you are coming from the west (i.e. Cedar Park) you would travel west on 1431 and take a right when you reach the light at Sam Bass. The water feature will be on your left once you reach Walsh Ranch Blvd.

Not only is Walsh Ranch host to some of Round Rock’s most stunning homes, it is also centrally located and just minutes from some great community attractions. The Round Rock Premium Outlets are just minutes up the road on I35. There you will find great deals on designer fashions and plenty of restaurants to fuel a fun packed day out shopping. Do you like the outdoors? Perhaps your ideal afternoon would be spent on Round Rock’s award-winning Avery Golf Course. Not to mention that the area is packed with parks and trails like the Brushy Creek Regional Trail.
