About Laurel Ridge
Laurel Ridge is a great little community in north Round Rock. The neighborhood is directly across the street from the sought-after Teravista neighborhood and it tends to be a feeder community into Teravista. Laurel Ridge is the main neighborhood and serves as the home owner’s association. Indian Creek is a smaller community inside of Laurel Ridge and is often classified as Laurel Ridge. The neighborhood is made up of mostly well kept brick ranches on smallish (less than 1/4 acre) lots.
Where is Laurel Ridge?
Laurel Ridge is located 1.5 miles off IH-35 in north Round Rock. The small community is bordered by University Boulevard and the Teravista Community to the north, while Eagles Nest Street takes care of the east and the south borders. Tera Street and Haley’s Way complete the neighborhood’s boundaries on the west. Laurel Ridge is 5 miles north of downtown Round Rock and less than 25 miles from Downtown Austin.

Round Rock is known as the Sports Capital of Texas and if you’re a resident of Laurel Ridge, you’re close to it all. You’re surrounded by 34 parks and only a few miles from the crown jewel of Round Rock’s parks, Old Settler’s Park. Old Settler’s Park is the 570 acre sports complex that hosts 100 team baseball and softball tournaments plus other sporting events throughout the year. Just next door from the sports complex, you can take in a AAA minor league game and watch the Round Rock Express at the state of the art Dell Diamond. If sports is not your thing, you can always do a little shopping at the Round Rock Premium Outlets only 3 miles away. Whatever your vice…..you are only moments away at Laurel Ridge.
