We moved out of state before our house was ready to be listed. Reeta recommended very reasonably priced, professional people that she trusted for installing carpet and cleaning the house and made sure that everything was in order while they were working on the house. Reeta continued to keep an eye on the property and informed us promptly when issues came up.
The inspector recommended a few minor repairs and Reeta negotiated an acceptable solution to all parties involved, We were very pleased with the results.
