Born in Goose Creek, I spent most of my life in Corpus Christi where I owned a successful bakery and antique business. I became a realtor in 2001 a few years before I sold my business and moved to Wimberley. My passion for real estate started long before becoming a realtor when I spent my spare time looking at houses. I still love looking at houses today. As a business owner for 39 years, I learned to negotiate and use courtesy and good old-fashioned common sense, as well as the latest technology to handle any situation. Integrity, honesty, knowledge, communication, and experience can significantly influence the outcome in any real estate transaction. I will take your needs to heart and work tirelessly to sell your home or find your dream home. If you are new to the area, I look forward to showing you the beautiful Hill Country that I love so much.
My friends and my pets are my family and I love spending time with them. I enjoy fostering kittens for PAWS, painting, and reading. Kindness is the trait I most admire and my fervent hope is that others experience kindness from me.
I was looking for investment real estate, together with my first tenant. We had different objectives – I was seeking investment quality, she was looking for a personal-touch place to live. This made it difficult for our agent, Melissa Lemmon, as we disagreed so many times on specific properties. But Melissa’s patience was magnificent, as she fed us many excellent leads, and showed us properties on dozens of occasions. In the end we found the perfect solution, and Melissa’s work began all over again. She was masterful with all the paperwork associated with purchasing real estate. I’d recommend her to anyone who is seeking personal attention and high competence in a real estate agent.
My husband, David, and I first met Ms. Lemmon in the Spring of 2013.
At that time we chose her as our Real Estate Agent because she had lots of experience and knew the area quite well.
Ms. Lemmon was always very professional and worked diligently to find us the perfect home. And she did.
We can’t imagine anyone who could have done more.
She is patient and listens to your wants and needs.

Melissa has worked us for a number of years and has helped us to not only sell a house but search for and buy property to build on. Her friendliness, honesty and integrity are just the right blend to make a great realtor. She is a fantastic person to list with because she knows just how to stage a home to show at its best. She will work tirelessly with you until you are at the closing table and the task is done. Then you will likely want to keep her around forever as your friend!
My husband and I worked with Melissa to purchase our first home. She made the process extremely easy and fun. She took our concerns and wishes to heart and always made us feel important. I would highly recommend Melissa to any one who needs to buy or sell a home, she is a true Wimberley gem.

Melissa works hard and diligently to find you that dream home or property. She is very patient and willing to go the extra mile, always smiling and always friendly. On the sale side she exhibits those same qualities – going above and beyond to make sure the sale goes through. She has my full recommendation as a realtor.
Thank you so much for the wonderful address sign. We love it! We also wanted to thank you for all your hard work. We really appreciate everything you did to make this experience easier.
I wanted to take a moment to express how much we appreciated working with Melissa. I feel that she did an amazing job helping us find a house and I am so happy we had her to help us. Throughout the process she broke down everything and there was not one moment where I could not call her or felt that I could not reach out to her for any questions or issues I had. Her level of professionalism and passion is through the roof.
Melissa was great to work with! She is reliable, timely and most important honest. While on my search of looking for a home, she went the extra mile to explain the details and give me all the information I needed. I could see she was serious about her work and I would not hesitate to refer her, or if I needed a realtor again I would surely call on her again. Thank you, Melissa, for being such a caring person.
I have purchased two homes through Melissa over the years, the most recent being in 2015. I have to say the entire process was relaxed, yet exciting and fun. We had a great time looking at different houses, but both knew when we found what would be my home. Her confidence and enthusiasm took all of the worry out of it for me. If I ever buy/ sell another home, Melissa will be the one I call!! Thanks, Melissa
If you’re needing a realtor to help you sell your property or if you need one to help you find property, let me recommend Melissa Lemmon of River & Oaks Sky Realty. Melissa was instrumental in my getting top-dollar for my condo in 2016. She kept me up on all the legalities as well as notifying me when time limits were crucial. Melissa has also been helping me recently to locate a new house. She sends me emails daily so that I can view houses online to determine which ones I would like to see personally. She is also extremely timely in setting up appointments to view those houses that require an appointment. Melissa also has an easy-going personality and will suit herself to your mood, laughing easily or standing by quietly as you view property.
