Liz Rogers brings a wealth of experience, energy, and passion to your real estate journey. With Clients representing the culture and diversity found in Austin and Central Texas, Liz’s goal is to change the way that people experience buying and selling their homes.
As a long-time Austin resident and UT Austin graduate, Liz has developed quite a bit of local knowledge and continues to explore the area in pursuit of the best margaritas(!) and dishes offered by our extensive culinary industry.
In addition to Real Estate, Liz is a volunteer for PeopleFund and serves as a small business mentor for their clients. She loves to paint, travel, and play with family and friends. One of her top destinations is La Paz, Baja California Sur. Favorite local resource: Shifra Stein’s Day Trips from Austin.
We owe a great deal of gratitude to Elizabeth Rogers. From the moment she starting working with us, she never stopped looking for the kind of house that we wanted to buy. In addition to having a great personality and tons of energy, she really knows the Austin real estate market. She was very helpful in explaining the terminology and all the forms. She stuck with us from the beginning to the final closing, giving help and advise all along the way. We live about six hours away from Austin so we depended a great deal on her sending us links to houses for sale that fit our interests. We were able to find the house we wanted in one weekend when we came to Austin. She was invaluable, and we are so lucky we found her. Thank you Liz! Pam,

Liz Rogers was a God-send. She answered my phone call from several states away and from then on, we were in good hands. Liz listened carefully to our needs, set us up on the portal so we could research available houses, then was very flexible with her schedule so that she was available to show us the houses we liked when we came into town a few days later.
Liz arranged our showings in advance so we didn’t lose any time waiting for confirmation on appointments. Once we found what we were looking for (only 3 homes later), Liz took care of all the details to make it happen: getting the lease signed and executed, accepting our deposit checks, getting our approvals take care of. In short, Liz make it possible for us to move from Mississippi to Austin, TX within 10 days of accepting a new job. An amazing feat!
Liz was an excellent communicator. She has a good sense of humor and is efficient and professional. When we move again, Liz will be the first agent I call.

Liz is everything you’d look for generally in a person (kind, funny, patient, upbeat) and possesses all the traits you’d hope for in someone helping you fin a home that fits your specific needs (hardworking, efficient, responsive, creative, flexible). Whether you are looking to rent or purchase a home, I could not recommend her more highly!

Liz is amazing! Not only did she help me find a rental when I first moved here, but she worked with me for almost 6 months when I was ready to purchase, to help me find the perfect home! She is efficient, quick to respond, patient and stays on top of getting information and answering questions. She listens and truly cares, which made my experience just wonderful!

I have known Liz for many years and she is a thoughtful and dynamic businesswoman. As a realtor she combines an analytical approach along with a sensitivity to her clients needs and wishes. She helped me find and buy a house very efficiently and helped me negotiate through many complex issues that had to be solved for closing. She is always professional and also very patient as she recognizes that this is an important decision for her clients. I will always go back to her for my real estate needs.

We worked with Liz on buying a town home on Steck last year. It was a great experience! She is super knowledgeable about the market and is really great to work with. Liz was always easy to get in touch with (very responsive) and helped us navigate and negotiate a pretty difficult purchase. Give her a call!
– Heather T.
I’d also recommend Liz. Last year, even though we weren’t selling our home, Liz helped us greatly by giving us a list of comparable properties for our appraisal protest. We were able to successfully protest online (no trip down to TCAD) and reduce our appraisal value from $193,162 to 167,583. She’s an awesome lady to have in your corner!

Liz is super smart, frank, and funny. She has the rare combination of great design sense and excellent business skills from her mergers and acquisitions days. I appreciate her honesty and humor. She is a good person to have in your corner.

Liz is dependable and rock solid, whether looking after my cats while I’m away or answering my frantic texts with good advice when my front door broke. Her professional experience includes high-stakes project leadership for large corporations, requiring a lot of organization, attention to detail, and looking out for her clients.
