People, of all kinds, are what inspires Casandra to work so hard. She has always been drawn to service industries where she gets to work directly with clients and serve them in some meaningful way. She and her family moved to Austin when she was very young. After graduation, though her family had moved back to the Rio Grande Valley, Casandra decided to stay. She had a young family and Austin was home. She started her professional career in cosmetology and there was a definite reward in helping clients feel happy, renewed and good about themselves. After ten years in the business, she chose to be a stay at home mom with her youngest. When it was time to get back into the job market, she found her calling in the medical field managing an office and helping patients navigate the ins and outs of insurance. “People get stressed out,” she says, “I enjoy helping them understand their coverage. It’s very confusing to most people. I strive to give them one less thing to worry about.”

To two of the prettiest girls in Austin. I just want to thank both of you for watching over my son, as you know, I live in SA. You have made my family feel secure that my son has been served honestly and with such warmth and both of you should be so proud of yourselves.

Since our first meeting, Casandra Martinez was great! She gave me good, solid advice to start my house hunting experience and anticipated what I’d need every step of the way. I told my family and friends to call her when they are looking for a house. She didn’t back down at the challenge of a short deadline I had! I will not hesitate to call her again, when looking for another home.

“I needed to find a home quickly for my growing family in a place that accommodated my commute to work and in a neighborhood where I felt safe. Casandra really catered to my needs and was always just a phone call away if I had any questions. She even has her own app! (Which is how we found the house I wanted.. How cool is that?!) I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone in search of a new home in the Austin area! “
