My name is Annie Bright. I’ve lived in Austin over thirty years and know the city and surrounding areas well. My specialties are residential, farm and ranch real estate. Buying or selling a home can be stressful, so allow me to ease the stress. I love what I do, it shows and I’m good at it. Whatever your real estate needs might be, I will be YOUR advocate and will work with you to ensure you receive the best customer service I can provide! Call me today!
Annie is an extremely dedicated and thoroughly professional realtor that I have been fortunate enough to get to know. She helped me find and purchase my dream property after sticking with me for more than a year and driving me around for several hundreds of miles, even as I changed my specifications on her multiple times. I was very close to making a purchase offer a couple of times, but she rightly discouraged me from doing so. All through this experience, I felt comfortable with her and secure that she was there to watch my back. I have nothing but the highest praise for her for staying the course with me during her peak season in one of the most sought-after real estate markets in the country. I strongly recommend her services and wish her the best!

I could not dream up a better Realtor. You WANT Annie on your team. She helped my husband and I buy our first home and when we outgrew it, she helped us sell it for a significant profit. She helped us plan what kind of home we wanted, spent months searching for the perfect fit, helped us understand how to secure financing and sealed the deal at a good price. The process was not only seamless but fun! She is smart, funny, honest, ethical and trustworthy, knows a ton about home construction (and even appliances), knows Austin inside and out, and will unrelentingly fight for your best interest. I looked forward to meeting her every Saturday for our weekly house hunting sessions. I have and will continue to whole-heartedly recommend her to my closest family and friends!

Annie Bright has helped me buy and sell two homes in Austin and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is able to tell a seller exactly what to fix and what to leave alone, saving a ton of money and effort, and her knowledge of pricing is second to none. During my last move, my moving company refused to move my treadmill. Annie found a person to disassemble and move the treadmill on a moment’s notice so I could vacate the house on time. That’s how resourceful she is! She has an army of service people who will bend over backwards to help her clients during the sales process. On the buying end, she has helped me find and buy the two best homes I have ever owned. If you are thinking of buying or selling real estate in Austin, you will not find a more knowledgeable or hard-working Realtor than Annie Bright!

“Annie has such a great energy and a positive spirit. She is knowledgeable in all the neighborhoods around Austin, and even further out to Round Rock/Pflug, down to Buda, and up to Cedar Park. She is a true expert in her field.
She helped us find our first home and along the way she was all about finding the right fit for OUR plans and OUR budget. We never felt rushed or pushed by any other agenda. Annie’s #1 priority is finding the right home for you, not someone else, and it shows. Plus she can rock some cowboy boots ;)”

My husband and I were looking for a second home in Austin. We wanted something we could renovate in a nice, central neighborhood that didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Impossible in Austin, you are thinking. Annie called us on a Wednesday, and said you better get up here now, because if this is real it is perfect. We drove to Austin, looked at the house with her and negotiated the sale on Saturday. Annie took it from there and followed through with the details until the closing. We now have a wonderful centrally located home in Austin and could not be more pleased with the experience from beginning to end! Thanks Annie!

I have worked with multiple realtors over the years so I can say, as an informed property owner, that Annie Bright is awesome! To be more specific: When I began my Austin home search I was referred to Annie. She took the time to get to know me, my needs, preferences and expectations on the first day we met. She began our first meeting with information about how she works, her ethical standards, practices, and her expectations so that we were clear with each other from the start.
I am very picky so Annie (bless her!) showed me about a zillion properties searching for the perfect house for me. She was relentless in finding new things for me to check out. At one point, she called to tell me that a contract had fallen through on a house I had bid on earlier in my search and they would now consider my bid. As it turned out, the seller’s agent was difficult to work with and did not support his client well, but Annie’s energy and tenacity persevered at each step through the process. In the end I successfully purchased the home and the sellers (an elderly artist and her grown children) thanked Annie for her efforts to move the process through to completion in a fair and equitable manner. Not only did Annie take care of me, she also made sure that the seller was handled professionally.
Annie doesn’t end her customer service after you get the keys to the new front door; she followed up with me to make sure I had not forgotten about filing for property tax exemptions, the next year! She is a wealth of knowledge; she knows the Austin area like the back of her hand; she has an in-depth knowledge of the city’s infrastructure; and is just a call or email away to answer questions. On top of all that, Annie has a personality as big as the Lone Star State! She’s a hoot and a holler, and a great realtor!

Annie Bright is our family Realtor. We have bought three homes with Annie and sold two. She is incredibly knowledgeable about Austin and the surrounding areas and is incredibly patient and flexible, only wanting to serve the needs of her clients—Annie could never be accused of slamming someone into a home. She looks up to the roof and under the home to assess age and shape, and knows her trees (always a good thing for tree-loving Austinites). And best of all, she sticks with her clients and helps them way past the buying and/or selling of a home. We call her for recommendations on contractors and landscapers. We have even called her to run a market analysis to help us assess the benefits from a resale perspective of adding on to an existing home. She defines great service! A+

Simply put, Annie rocks as a Realtor! She has lived in Austin forever, knows every neighborhood and she makes the process painless, stress-free as possible and I don’t know how she does it but we had fun throughout the whole experience of buying my first home!
Thank you Annie. I will send all of my friends, family and co-workers to you!

Annie is the best—she transforms the daunting task of purchasing a home into something that’s palatable and (at times) even fun! I truly appreciated having her shepherd me through the purchase process with my first home. She waited patiently for me to decide what was most important on my list of “must haves”, showed me houses across the map of Austin, and then coached me through the financials and the complicated web of inspections, mortgages and closing costs. When it came to selling that same house she helped me find a contractor to fix things up, stage it so that it would appeal to the average home buyer, and sell it in less than three days! Seriously, she has made the entire process of buying, selling and negotiating for what I want even easier than I ever thought possible. And on top of that she really does care about you. I’m so glad that I’ve used Annie in all my home buying experiences. I couldn’t imagine going with anyone else!
