Woods Anderson Mill is one of the earlier subdivisions in Anderson Mill. Woods Anderson Mill is located in the far northwest area of Austin. Interestingly, Woods Anderson Mill is not in Travis County, but is in Williamson County. Heading north on 183, exit at Lakecreek Parkway and make a U-turn and take the southbound frontage road. Turn right into Woods Anderson Mill.

Homes here were built primarily in the 1970s. Many are being updated by new owners who realize the value of living in this convenient area. If commute time is important, this subdivision is a time saver. Hwy 183 is a quick route to take either to I35 or to MoPac to get to Downtown Austin or you can hop on 620 or Toll Road 45 and you’re in Round Rock in short order.
