Savoy is a neighborhood being developed in a section of the old, established, sought-after Northwest Hills area, which is comprised of many subdivisions. Savoy will eventually have 26 singe-family homes ranging in size from 1,800 to 2,900 square feet. Prices will start in the $380′s and go up from there.

Savoy is an enclave within the large Northwest Hills — an area of hills and canyons, windy streets and major thoroughfares. In places, it offers great vistas into and across canyons and the Texas Hill Country. Savoy and Northwest Hills is at the geographic center of the Austin metro area, situated south of 360 near Tallwood and Cima Serena streets. The commute to these employers and those in Downtown Austin can be made by car or sometimes by Cap Metrorail or Cap Metro bus.
