D.R. Horton is building out Pecan Park Place. It was started by a developer several years ago. It’s got a great near-in location as new Austin communities go. There are some common grounds the HOA maintains, but most of the small $95-per-month HOA fee goes to maintaining and operating the swimming pool and two security gates.
