Three Forks Ranch is a soon-to-be-built neighborhood in northeast Georgetown. It will have 430 single-family residences and around 650 town and apartment homes on 350+ acres. Homes will be on 50, 60 and 70-foot x 120-foot lots. Trees, terrain and the Texas Hill Country views are its natural signatures.
Three Forks Ranch Location
Three Forks Ranch is straddled between I-35 and the airport, Berry Creek subdivision and Williams Drive | RM 2338. It is just north of shopping at Wolf Ranch Town Center and Rivery Towne Center, northwest of the Georgetown town square, east of Lake Georgetown and Sun City Texas. I-35 is just a quarter mile away and Hwy. 130 Toll and Hwy. 195 are a half mile away. Airport Road and Berry Creek Drive border Three Forks Ranch.
Three Forks Ranch Schools
Three Forks Ranch is part of the Georgetown Independent School District. Children from the neighborhood will attend a new elementary school to be built within the neighborhood. Until then, they would attend Frost or McCoy Elementary. The current Middle School is Benold and the high school is presently Georgetown High School. Southwestern University is an accredited liberal arts school a half mile east of the Georgetown square and is Texas’ oldest campus for higher education.
Three Forks Ranch Recreation
Within Three Forks Ranch will be a 30-acre park. It is currently in the design phase with the Williamson County Park Dept. It will be adjacent to or part of the current Berry Creek Park & Preserve at the southeast corner of the neighborhood. Berry Creek runs alongside the east edge of Three Forks Ranch and provides opportunities for hiking. The terrain is undulating and provides scenic views in places.
