Heritage Oaks is an active adult community in Georgetown, Texas. Developed by Jimmy Jacobs, this small community offers adult living with low HOA dues. Heritage Oaks has a newsletter to help keep the homeowners updated on what’s happening in the clubs, tell who’s moved and all sorts of other useful info. Homes in Heritage Oaks can range from a basic custom to as over the top as a custom can be.

Heritage Oaks Location

Heritage Oaks is located on the west side of I35 in Georgetown. If traveling north on I35 exit Williams Drive and go west (left), take a right on Shell Road and Heritage Oaks is on your left. If coming from the Liberty Hill area, take Highway 29 towards Georgetown (heading east) and go left on DB Woods Road. DB Woods Road will turn into Shell Road once you cross Williams Drive and Heritage Oaks will be on the left.

Heritage Oaks Recreation and Shopping

Access to Lake Georgetown is less than five miles away via Cedar Breaks Park off DB Woods Road. Sun City is open for golf as well as several other public golf courses in Georgetown. There is a shopping center with restaurants, an HEB, eateries, a bank and much more, less than a mile at Shell Road and Williams Drive. If just hanging out in a park is your idea of an outing, San Gabriel Park has walking trails, hungry ducks that like stale bread, fishing spots, playscapes and big, open fields.
