Estrella in Georgetown Texas is offering only sixty one acre, treed lots. A few builders have homes in the works or you can buy a lot and start from scratch. Either way you choose, the requirements for building in Estrella are set at a pretty high standard. It will be nice to see the neighborhood develop over time. Each custom home must have a side-entry garage, a minimum of 3,000 square feet, a gas lantern flanking each side of the entry, a maximum of 7600 square feet and be approved by the ACCommittee.
This master-planned community will have a commercial area in the front closest to Williams Drive, a townhome community and The Wesleyan Retirement Village followed by sixty home sites – a true blend of housing needs. The Wesleyan Retirement Village offers many different levels of senior living, as well as hospice care, Alzheimer’s Care, rehabilitation therapy and much more. The fountain in front of the Retirement Village offers benches for taking in the view.
