About Escalera Ranch
Escalera is like a “preserve” rich with guidelines to develop and communicate with nature. All homes are built of the surrounding area’s native stone, metal roofs, big porches, lush landscaping, estate-sized lots and feature statuesque trees. It is a perfect place to watch the wildlife roam and the children grow.
Escalera Ranch in Georgetown is a master-planned community designed to mingle nature and homes but maintain the beauty of the Texas Hill Country. Here you will find custom built homes on two plus acre sites blended among the natural landscape and trees. Custom builders vary in Escalera Ranch but must be approved. Guidelines for building in Escalera Ranch are firm and the payoff is a great looking neighborhood.
