About Nokonah Condos
The Nokonah Condos at 9th and Lamar are made up of one building with two separate towers. With under 100 units, the Nokonah appeals to people looking for a smaller downtown Austin condo community.
The unit mix in the Nokonah is unique in that units range from just under 500 sq ft up to over 3000 sq ft. The original condo finish outs have a classic timelessness to them, evidenced by the fact that most of the units still have their original oak wood floors, carpeted bedrooms, granite counter tops and white-tiled bathrooms. Some of the units have more of a loft-like open space, but most have traditional bedrooms. Most, but not all, of the units have balconies.
The Nokonah Location
It’s a reality. Many people who want to live in Downtown Austin wish to be near Whole Foods Market. At 9th and Lamar, the Nokonah is one of a few Downtown Austin condos that can boast three-block proximity to Whole Foods. This also means the Nokonah is just stone’s throw from many local restaurants, stores and businesses. Across the street from the Nokonah is Duncan park which provides access to the Shoal Creek Greenbelt Trail. Cross Lamar and you’re in one of Austin’s great neighborhoods – Clarksville.
The Nokonah Amenities
The Nokonah has a soothing lobby with 24/7 lobby attendant and fantastic floral arrangements. Amenities include a pool, hot tub and indoor gym. Parking is underneath the building. There are two commercial units on the ground floor.
