Cambridge Condos – Era and Amenities
The lobby of the Cambridge Condominiums is large, impressive, traditional and very tidy. An attendant at an open desk makes sure you’re in the right place and that you have everything you need. Parking is subterranean. Rumor has it that porters will bring your groceries up to your condo for you if you need the help. There’s a first floor outdoor pool with lots of sitting area and an outdoor kitchen and a gym. There’s also a rooftop deck. Owners that have not incorporated laundry facility into their units can find laundry facilities on every other floor.

El Mercado is across the street and TCBY is just a block away on MLK. And of course, you’re in Downtown Austin so you have a whole world of activities and services to enjoy.
Cambridge Condos’ HOA dues
When it comes to HOA fees, you want to make sure you’re comparing apples to apples. Cambridge HOA dues includes the building and facilities insurance and maintenance. Residents also get to enjoy the amenities we’ve mentioned. All this, and the HOA dues also cover your utilities and basic cable.
