Verdance Living is a great “green” condo in North Central Austin and has been constructed and rated highly with the City of Austin’s Green Building Program. The three design choices are the Kona, the Auburn and the Maple.
The Kona is the most modern of the three and features metal cabinetry in the kitchen and a bathroom vanity that is raised from the floor. The Auburn and Maple vary slightly in the fact that they have wood kitchen cabinetry, giving each a slightly more traditional feel.
A great feature is the size of these condos. The square footage ranges from around 1700 to almost 3300. Buyers will have their choice between one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms and three-bedroom units, with a corresponding number of bathrooms. A garage is provided to the residents of the mid-rise condo.
