About Spicewood Point
Spicewood Point Condominiums are located at 3809 Spicewood Springs Road (between Mopac and Mesa) in the heart of the Northwest Hills area of Austin. The surrounding neighborhood is comprised primarily of higher-end single family homes. Anderson High School and Hill Elementary are only a few blocks away. By car you can be at the Domain, the Arboretum, or Downtown Austin within 10 minutes (assuming it’s not rush hour!). There’s easy access to major employers up and down the Mopac corridor.
Spicewood Point Construction and Amenities
Built in 1982, the community is a mixture of white stone and frame construction. The lushly-landscaped grounds are graced by a multitude of mature live oaks, where birds and squirrels abound. There are a variety of unit styles including: single story 1 bedroom, 1 bath units; single and two story 2 bedroom, 2 bath units and; single story 2 bedroom, 2 bath units with a study. Many units overlook the private community pool, water feature and clubhouse. There’s even a sauna in the clubhouse bathroom area. All units have one detached carport for each bedroom, and some units have a small, private back yard. The community is relatively small with only 52 units, and is pet-friendly.

If you’re buying a unit in Spicewood Point, you can have your closing right across the street at Austin Title. Also within walking distance are the some cool restaurants and several boutique shops. It’s less than a mile to a multitude of shops and restaurants along Far West Blvd. and similarly to the establishments surrounding the intersection of Mesa Blvd. and Spicewood Springs Road.
