About Sage Condos
The Sage Condos are located at 1702 S. Lamar (1704 S. Lamar according to the tax records.) There are 32 units. All have three story floor plans. All have two car garages.
The Sage Condo complex
The complex is built on a long, deep lot. There’s a drive through the middle and units on each side. Each unit has direct garage entrance and an outdoor front door. The project was designed (by local architect Dick Clark) to retain, and give best visibility to, some of the oak trees on the lot. The complex has a dog park and green spaces throughout the complex.
Sage Condos Units
The three story floor plans are designed to let in lots of light. Living areas are upstairs. Many (mostly those on the northern side of the complex) have views of downtown. All floor plans are at least two bedrooms. Kitchens are open with maple cabinetry, have granite counters and stainless appliances. Each of the units has a private terrace.
Where are the Sage Condos?
The Sage is in an exceptional location. Its lot backs into church land located on Kinney St. in the heart of the Zilker neighborhood. The Zilker neighborhood has easy access to Barton Springs and Zilker Park. Up and down S. Lamar are restaurants, stores and bars to enjoy. Further north is Downtown Austin. Plus, Lamar provides easy access to Ben White.
