Homes in this area date back to the 1940s when two families settled in what were at one time farm lots. Over time the area grew and now reflects the changing face of the area. From stone cottages to wood bungalows, recent developments include many remodeled homes and some newer builds. Some of the new builds have tried to keep with the 1940s and 50s style and include large porches and the soft pastel wood style of that era. However, some builders have chosen to build some of the more modern style homes giving a bit more eclectic vibe in the area.
