About Westside Preserve
Westside Preserve is a beautiful neighborhood in Cedar Park. The homes in this community are upscale in design and well known builders are building here. Westside Preserve is a beautiful, wooded community and has some great greenbelt home sites that offer a peek at the local wildlife from your backyard iron fence.
Where is Westside Preserve?
Westside Preserve is located off of Lakeline Blvd. at Buttercup Creek. From Hwy 183, turn into Buttercup Creek and this community begins at Lakeline Blvd. It is north of Cypress Creek Blvd. if you are traveling on Lakeline Blvd. From Cypress Creek onto Lakeline Blvd. you will see sidewalks all along the way and there are a few pagodas there too if you want to stop and take a little rest along this beautiful treed boulevard.
Westside Preserve Schools
The schools here are in the Leander ISD and the elementary school, Westside Elementary, is located within the neighborhood. I was totally blown away the first time I looked at this elementary school. We did not have elementary schools like this when I or even my children were that age. At first glance I thought it might be a community college and then when I looked at it on the internet I was totally amazed at the offerings there for elementary students. The middle and high schools are conveniently located. There is also a branch of Austin Community College within five minutes of the community.
Westside Preserve Amenities and Shopping
This neighborhood has a beautiful pool and playground area and there are several caves located here. When leaving this neighborhood, shopping is found in every direction. Within five to ten minutes in any direction there are services and retail to support family needs. Lakeline Mall is about five minutes south on Lakeline Blvd. Hwy 183 has all sorts of businesses to serve families. Cypress Creek at Lakeline Blvd. has all types of services that families routinely need and the Railyard is about 10 minutes to the north and with some unique retail shopping as well as a sports bar, restaurants and more.
